About the role
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator/Accounts/HR Officer to join our team at Sonac Australia Pty Ltd in Maryborough, Victoria. This is a full-time position, responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and accounts support to our growing organisation. Part-time applications will also be considered.
What you'll be doing
* Performing general administrative duties including facilitating communication across the site and coordinating events
* Providing HR support including maintaining employee records, training, onboarding and uniforms.
* Maintaining and updating company policies and procedures
* Assisting with financial processes such as accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining financial records
* Preparing reports, staff newsletters, presentations and other documents as required
* Supporting the broader team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
* As we are a small team, this role will provide backup and support to various areas to cover leave.
What we're looking for
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good organizational and time management abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
* Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
* A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities
* Experience in a similar administrative, accounts support role is highly desirable
