We are looking for a candidate who is professional, driven, and ambitious to collaborate.ResponsibilitiesProviding senior-level consulting services and solutions to customer/business in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting SAP HR/Payroll systems and related services.Analyze HR/Payroll business requirements, propose innovative and integrated solutions.Provide ongoing technical support and advice to end-users.Conducting gap analysis, understanding in detail how the business operates to ensure you can provide the best solutions possible for the business.Required skillset6+ years of experience in ABAP Development experience within SAP HR/Payroll.Experience as SAP HR consultant (ABAP HR Development or HCM Business Analysis) with strong knowledge of ABAP and SAP HCM modules like ESS, MSS, PA, OM, Time and Payroll and integration with other SAP modules like SRM, Finance, etc.Specialist technical and functional knowledge of SAP HR ESS/MSS.Strong Workflow knowledge and the ability to undertake analysis.Extensive ABAP knowledge and the ability to undertake analysis.Has SAP Portal knowledge and the ability to undertake analysis.
