Job Description
The Programs Coordinator plays a vital role in facilitating communication with schools and museum visitors, coordinating visitation and program data, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administration of bookings, ticketing, invoicing, enquiries, and related communication for Learning and Public Programs, tours, and events
* Collating visitation and program information, and reporting
* Providing administrative support to Access and Learning Officers and Public Program Producers
This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
