About Us

NeuroMoves is a nationally recognised allied health service delivered by Spinal Cord Injuries Australia (SCIA), a not‐for‐profit organisation committed to removing barriers for people with spinal cord injuries and other neurological conditions. Since 2007, we've built a strong reputation for delivering innovative, intensive & client‐centred therapy in stunning locations. Our workplace offers the best of both worlds—a close‐knit, collaborative clinic environment backed by the support and resources of a national network of over 70 allied health professionals. We operate in state‐of‐the‐art facilities equipped with modern technology and maintain strong partnerships with leading universities. Our clinics are actively involved in clinical research, with ongoing trials and innovation embedded in our practice. Professional standards are upheld by an experienced clinical governance committee and a dedicated management team committed to excellence. At NeuroMoves, we focus on meaningful, goal‐driven outcomes that improve our clients' independence, wellbeing, and quality of life. For physiotherapists who want to work with purpose, learn continuously, and be part of a values‐led, supportive team—this is a place where you can thrive. NeuroMoves is now a proud member of the Royal Rehab Group, a leading provider of disability and rehabilitation services.

About The Role

Based at our Lismore clinics, you will start off with an extensive and supportive induction program. Working closely with a physiotherapy mentor, you will gradually build up to managing a caseload consisting of spinal cord injuries, TBI, stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and more.

* Your role will include being a physiotherapy student supervisor; NeuroMoves has an extensive training program for all student clinical educators.
* Our clinic proudly operates in bright, open, gym‐based space—making it a fun & collaborative community to work in!
* You will take a person‐centred approach, and advocate for your clients' needs with various providers such as iCare, NDIS and equipment suppliers.
* As part of the national team, you will have access to professional development including internal opportunities such as senior physiotherapy supervision, international travel opportunities, clinical mentoring, regular training and webinar sessions, as well as external professional development supported by a very generous PD budget.

We pride ourselves on supporting a 'small team feel' at each NeuroMoves site, whilst still having access to the perks of being part of a larger national (NFP) organisation. Remuneration will be matched to experience and while we are ideally seeking someone with at least 2 years experience, new graduates are also welcome to apply.

About You

NeuroMoves has a dedicated, supportive and innovative culture and so we are looking for someone who will fit well into our team by having a positive attitude, strong relationship building skills and a passion for improving the circumstances of marginalised and disadvantaged people.

We're Seeking a Physiotherapist Who Is

* Passionate about neurological rehabilitation and making a real difference in people's lives
* AHPRA‐registered and committed to clinical excellence
* A strong team player who aligns with our values and contributes to a positive workplace culture
* Keen to build a meaningful career as a respected community‐based clinician
* Interested in supporting diverse and underserved populations
* Fully licensed to drive, with access to a reliable vehicle for community work
* NDIS Worker Check (essential or willing to obtain)

Your Royal Rewards

* Competitive salary with generous not‐for‐profit salary packaging benefits
* 2 paid bonus days off annually, plus health & wellbeing reimbursements
* Flexible work arrangements, including work‐from‐home admin time
* Supportive, inclusive, and purpose‐driven team culture
* Strong clinical leadership, governance, and dedicated mentoring support
* Generous professional development budget, internal CPD, and conference access
* Access to cutting‐edge neurorehab technology and active research involvement
* Sustainable, clinically driven KPIs focused on quality care—not billable hours
* Meaningful, purpose‐led work supporting people living with spinal cord injury
