Key Responsibilities
* Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs

* Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation
* Manage wage costs and contribute to effective rostering
* Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and development
* Ensure a safe and compliant store environment
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Previous experience in a senior casual or leadership role
* Strong desire to grow leadership skills and develop a high-performing team
* Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and driving sales
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet performance targets
* Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management and visual merchandising
