Qualifications & experience
* Minimum three years in a similar account management role with relevant sales and or customer service experience
* B2B sales knowledge and expertise
* Preferably prior employment in the Fitness Industry
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong relationship management
* Proficient in working with CRM and on-line web sales systems (Shopify)
Tasks & responsibilities
At Fitness Vending, client relationships are our top priority. We're looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to grow and maintain customer accounts and act as our main point of contact. Responsibilities include;
* Serve as the main point of contact for your customers
* Build and strengthen customer relationships
* Develop and deliver agreed account management plans and programs
* Prospecting and new customer acquisition
* Order management and fulfilment
* Ongoing management of client accounts and profitability
* Supporting marketing and promotion programs including conferences and industry trade events
