ABOUT THE ROLE
Your primary role is to create a warm, friendly place for customers to shop and exceed their service expectations. You will be the first point of contact with our most important asset, the customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES

* Follow the 4C's of customer care.
* Maximise sales opportunities by providing legendary customer experiences.
* Maintain exceptional store presentation.
* Sell value‐add products (VAPs) and accessories.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

* Passion for fashion footwear.
* Some experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
