Role Description
Detailed one-on-one coaching and mentoring to help participants gain employment or continue their education through the Transition to Work program.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide individual vocational guidance aligned to each participant's goals.
* Develop and implement Job Plans to support employment and education pathways.
* Identify and address vocational and non-vocational barriers to employment.
Requirements
* Experience in coaching, mentoring, or supporting youth to achieve their goals.
* Strong case management and administrative skills.
