This position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-quality end-to-end participant experience through the delivery of Continuous Improvement, Quality Management Framework, and Performance Management activities.
The role requires driving key trends and insights, sharing them with Frontline Services to drive improvements in performance and quality, and enabling informed decision-making, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
Duties And Responsibilities
1. Coordinate branch reporting and monitor and track improvement outcomes by extracting, presenting data using various tools such as Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and SAS libraries and data.
2. Develop and maintain projection modelling tools in Excel and other software to support business operations.
3. Generate forecasting reports, visualisations, and insights using Excel-based projection modelling for operational and strategic use.
4. Interpret trends and performance results in the context of business operations and strategies.
5. Communicate business insights and recommendations through drafting communication pieces and presentations.
6. Ensure quality assurance processes including quality checks with reports, quality trend analysis, and outcomes analysis.
7. Implement and manage processes to track Division performance, identifying risks to performance and proposing mitigation measures.
8. Provide leadership and mentoring to upskill and support team members.
9. Cascade and connect key performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Liaise with stakeholders to build knowledge on reporting products and data literacy.
Key Skills/Experience Required
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including advanced charting, Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formula functions).
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce analytical tools and ability to prepare and present business intelligence reports.
* Experience using JIRA highly desirable.
* Confident interpreting trends and performance results in the context of business operations and strategies.
* Understanding of qualitative and quantitative analysis.
* Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
* Apply judgment to resolve issues and make evidence-informed decisions.
* Respond to changing priorities, support various functions as needed.
* Australian citizen required.
