Your Role
We're on the lookout for a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant (OT, EP, Physio, Osteo) to join our dynamic team. You'll provide assessment, intervention, and case management services across a mix of schemes— Workers Compensation, CTP and Life Insurance.
Core tasks of the role include:
* Conducting single service assessments
* Functional capacity evaluations
* Worksite and ergonomic assessments
* Leading return-to-work case management, guiding clients every step of the way
* Being at the forefront of best-practice standards and innovative solutions for injury and disability management
What You'll Need
* Full registration with AHPRA or ESSA membership
* Minimum 2-3 years experience as a rehabilitation consultant
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* A current driver's licence, access to your own vehicle and a willingness to travel
* Confidence with Microsoft Office and electronic client record management
