The Opportunity
We're looking for a proactive, organised Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers.
About the Role
Administrative & Executive Support
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Prepare reports, presentations, and listing kits to support sales activity
Ensure administrative compliance and documentation standards are always met
Campaign & Listing Management
Coordinate listing preparations including photography, floorplans, signage, copywriting, and inspection schedules
Manage campaign timelines and liaise with third-party providers (solicitors, conveyancers, etc.)
Ensure all marketing content is accurate, professional, and published on time
Oversee online listings across REA, Domain, and social media platforms
Organise and conduct letterbox drops to generate awareness and drive enquiry
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role
A highly organised, proactive operator with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work with a team in a professional, efficient and diplomatic manner
Reliable car and a current, valid Driver's Licence
Strong time-management skills and an ability to organise and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
Previous experience in real estate will be highly regarded, although is not essential
Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted work rights
