Liebherr-Australia is seeking a driven and commercially focused Regional Sales Manager – East Coast to provide strong leadership and strategic direction across our Earthmoving sales operations in NSW and QLD. The role is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, driving profitable growth across new and used Earthmoving equipment, and building strong customer and stakeholder relationships in line with Liebherr's values and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide robust leadership, coaching, and direction to a team of sales professionals
* Develop, implement, and execute regional sales and marketing strategies aligned with divisional and national objectives
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through regular site visits
* Prepare and submit sales documentation, including tenders and quotations
* Drive achievement of sales, margin, and market share targets, maintaining full accountability for regional sales performance
* Mentor, coach, and develop the sales team to deliver high performance
* Represent Liebherr at industry exhibitions, events, and conferences
About You
* Proven experience in sales & leadership, ideally within Earthmoving, Mining, or Heavy Industrial sectors
* Strong business acumen, including financial planning and contract negotiations
* Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive strategic growth
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
* Proficiency in MS Office & CRM systems
* Understanding of leasing structures, supply chain management, and stakeholder engagement
