About this role:
* Direct and execute sales team activities for Recon & Trauma within allocated regions to achieve short and long-term business objectives.
* Plan and execute case support on a daily basis.
* Cochair in-field sales calls with the sales team, providing regular evaluation and support.
* Manage cross-divisional relationships to assist sales execution.
* Ensure at least 60% of time is spent infield with the sales force supporting our strategy.
* Meet financial and sales targets as defined annually by the BU Director.
Your success requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in science or a business-related discipline are preferred.
* Proven experience in Orthopaedic and/or Trauma sales is essential.
* Strong leadership skills with current sales teams are required.
* A successful record of consistent sales performance is expected.
* Excellent knowledge of selling processes and salesforce management skills are necessary.
* Good understanding of the Australian public and private healthcare system and key stakeholders is beneficial.
* Ongoing relationships with all Surgeons in the region are desired.
* Acute understanding of procurement processes in the region is needed.
* Computer proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must.
* Skills in interpreting financial and clinical data are valuable.
