With a commitment to excellence and a focus on delivering quality services, they are renowned for their professionalism and high standards.Job DescriptionThe role will involve but not be limited to:Oversee and manage the financial operations of the business.Ensure financial decisions are strategic and profitable.Accounts receivable, payables and payroll duties.Tax obligations alongside external accounting firm.Develop and implement financial strategies in line with the company's objectives.Maintain and develop financial systems and processes.Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.Identify opportunities for financial improvement and implement necessary changes.Ensure compliance with financial legislation and regulations.The Successful ApplicantA successful Finance Manager should have:Qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.CA/CPA Qualification.Background in private clients/business services is ideal.Experience in a similar role within funds management/property/investments/private family office is ideal.A sound understanding of financial legislation and regulations.Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.What's on OfferA competitive salary package.Parking on-site.3 or 4 days per week part time depending on candidate's preference.A positive and professional company culture.The opportunity to make strategic decisions and have a real impact on the success of the business.
