Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the induction of new team members and ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
* Coach and empower the store team to meet and exceed sales targets, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Help resolve customer queries and escalate issues to the store manager when necessary.
* Act as the store manager's right-hand person, stepping up to act as store manager when required.
* Lead business initiatives in-store to drive financial and customer key metrics.
* Motivate and inspire the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Organize the store floor and team's work schedules to meet customer demand.
