About You
* A genuine passion for connecting with customers — uncovering their story and creating a premium, personalised in‐store experience.
* Confidence in a customer‐centric, KPI‐driven environment (retail experience and POS proficiency will be highly regarded).
* A strong eye for detail with the ability to maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards.
* A willingness to learn, take onboard coaching, and grow with the support of experienced retail leaders and a knowledgeable team.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays on a rostered basis and ability to work upto 38 hours per week as required.
