Job Opportunity

This role is pivotal in ensuring site operations run smoothly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all site administration, including record keeping, data entry, and document control
* Enter hazard and safety reporting into internal databases and software systems
* Provide administrative support to training, superintendents, and department managers
* Handle filing, archiving, and respond to phone enquiries
* Assist with scheduling, coordination, and communication with stakeholders
* Reconcile invoices and monitor site-related expenses
* Oversee onboarding processes, medical bookings, and employee file updates
* Coordinate travel, site inductions, and training sessions


Requirements:

* Proven site administration experience, ideally within mining or heavy industry
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
* Experience with high-volume data entry
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
