Role
We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Admin Assistant to join our team based in Wollongong, NSW.
Tasks will include
· Reception duties
· Accounts processing and reconciliation in Xero
· General Administration duties
· Admin support to Director
· Expenses and travel management
· Liaising with Customers and Suppliers
· Preparation and coordination of team meetings and action tracking
· Scanning and electronic filing
· Ad hoc tasks
The Candidate
* Highly professional individual, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
* Drivers licence required
* Ability to work independently, proactively and displaying initiative
* Proficient Microsoft Office skills, Excel, Dropbox, Adobe, and Xero
