Job Title: IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users via phone, email, and in-person.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and effective technical support to users
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
* Assist with TechBar operations and face-to-face user support
* Support and educate users on IT systems and tools
* Deliver AV troubleshooting and VIP support as needed
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* 2+ years of experience in IT support
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for cyber security within the broader IT support landscape
