Senior Clinical Lead Role
As a Senior Clinical Lead, you will be working collaboratively within the leadership team of a medium-aged care service located in a beautiful regional area on Tasmania's stunning North West Coast.
The role involves leading, mentoring and developing a multidisciplinary care team to foster a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement. You will ensure residents receive high-quality person-centred clinical care that meets individual care plans, Aged Care Quality Standards and all regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide clinical guidance to residents and care staff
* Undertake resident assessments and case conferencing in line with standards
