Our Client
Our client is a well-respected organisation known for providing reliable equipment solutions and exceptional maintenance support to their customers across Southeast Queensland. While this business continues to grow, they're looking to welcome an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on the Sunshine Coast.
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing the full Accounts Receivable function, including AR ledger, invoicing and collections.
* Processing and reconciling customer payments, including daily and multi-site bank reconciliations.
* Maintaining customer accounts, credit limits and strong client relationships.
* Conducting credit risk assessments and provide recommendations to management.
* Providing ad hoc AR support and assisting the AP Officer during busy periods or leave.
