Your Role
We are seeking a hands-on and people-focused Site Manager to lead our Mangalore facility in Victoria. In this role, you'll not only oversee operations but also shape a high-performing team environment where every person feels valued, supported, and equipped to succeed.
As Site Manager, you will lead daily operations for our Tier 1 Depot in line with safety, compliance, and contract requirements. You'll be the bridge between strategic direction from the Regional Manager and delivery on the ground — ensuring your team has the skills, confidence, and capability to exceed expectations. Located in Mangalore, on Taungurung land, your role will be:
Lead and inspire a skilled team, fostering a supportive and high-trust culture
Resolve challenges with diplomacy and constructive conflict resolution
Coach and upskill staff for both current success and long-term capability
Oversee secure, compliant, and efficient EO logistics operations
Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and customers
Ensuring all operations meet stringent OH&S;, environmental, and Major Hazard Facility legislative requirements
Your Experience
Proven leadership in logistics, warehousing, or defence operations
Strong people management and team development experience
Skilled communicator who can navigate sensitive situations confidently
OH&S; knowledge, ideally with Dangerous Goods or EO handling
