The role
ALS Geochemistry is seeking a
Logistics Worker
to join our Logistics team in
Kalgoorlie
.
This
full-time
position involves working both in our warehouse and external laydown yards, reporting directly to the Section Supervisor Logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Store and retrieve client samples as requested
* Scan samples using GEMS to locate and track them accurately
* Repackage and label samples
* Store, retrieve, and deliver consumables within the laboratory
* Support quality improvements as directed by the Quality Control Officer
* Maintain facilities to ensure they are always presentable and well-organized
* Perform other duties as directed by the Logistics or Production Coordinator
The following roster options are available
* Monday to Friday: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
* Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
* Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
The Essentials
* Previous warehouse experience (highly regarded)
* A current forklift licence is required, with experience preferred.
* Ability to work in a high-throughput, client-focused environment
* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills
* Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Flexibility to cross-train and adapt to workflow fluctuations and team absences
