The Role
As part of the kitchen team, opportunities are available for both a Head Chef and an experienced Cook. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality menu items in a high-volume takeaway kitchen. Both roles require strong seafood handling skills and the ability to work efficiently during peak periods.
Skills and Experience
Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Ability to fillet and prep fresh fish confidently
Strong seafood and short-order cooking skills
Consistency under pressure and strong attention to detail
Current food safety supervisor certificate
Strong leadership skills
