The Geelong College is seeking to employ a committed and passionate Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Educator, commencing Term 1, 2026.
The successful applicant will be required to work 8 hours per week during term time, at the following times:
* Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 3:00pm to 5:00pm
The successful appliant may also be required to assist with the Vacation Care program during the term breaks.
Qualifications and Experience
OSHC Educators are required to:
* Hold, or be working towards, one of the following:
* Certificate III in Children's Services
* Diploma in Children's Services
* Degree in Early Childhood Studies
* Demonstrate experience and/or knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Philosophy (desirable)
* Hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* Hold a current First Aid (HTLAID 009 and HLTAID 011) and asthma training certificate
* Have completed the Protecting Children - Mandatory Reporting and other Obligations module (Victorian Department of Education and Training)
* Have completed the College's anaphylaxis qualification
Additional Requirements:
* Evidence of Right to Work in Australia
* Understanding of:

o The National Quality Framework (NQF)
* The National Education and Care Services Regulations
* The National Early Years Learning Framework and Victorian Early Years Learning Framework
