Public Place Cleaner (12‐Month Contract)

Your Role as a Public Place Cleaner
As a Public Place Cleaner, you will work across the Shire helping to maintain clean, safe and presentable public spaces. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working outdoors and seeing tangible results from their efforts.
Public‐Place clearing or transferable cleaning skills is required — we're looking for reliable and motivated people who are willing to learn. Full training and support will be provided.
Day‐to‐day Work
* Collecting litter and servicing public bins across streets, parks and town centres.
* Spot cleaning high‐use public areas to maintain presentation standards.
* Safely using cleaning tools and equipment provided.
* Working collaboratively with your team across various locations within the Shire.
This role operates across a 7‐day roster (Monday to Sunday), depending on operational needs.

Essential Requirements
* Class C Driver's Licence (current).
Benefits and Package
Package: From $63,360 gross per annum plus 12% superannuation.
Hours: Temporary full time (up to 12 months) 9‐day fortnight over a 7‐day spread.
