With a solid pipeline of secured work in the $4m–$10m range, they are now seeking a Project Engineer to lead/assist the delivery of their industrial storage unit projects from early procurement through to final handover.
Your role:
* Lead/ Assist with the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to delivery
* Manage project budgets, programmes, consultants, and subcontractors
* Drive quality, safety, and commercial outcomes
* Looking after 2-4 projects ($10-$20mil all together)
* Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders and clients
Your background:
* Must have 4+ combined years experience as a, Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, Civil Engineer or Structural Engineer in commercial or industrial construction
* Having a strong technical engineering background with clear communication and client facing
* Proven track record delivering complex builds over $4mil
* Keen and eager to move into the industrial space
* Strong leadership, programming, and cost control skills
* Ability to manage detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
