About the Role
This is a private in-home support role focused on physical disability assistance.
You'll work closely with one primary client, delivering respectful, person-centred support in their home and community.
Your role may include:
* Personal care and mobility assistance
* Manual handling and physical support needs
* Community access and social outings
* Supporting daily routines, appointments, and travel
* Maintaining dignity, independence, and consistent routines
Longer shifts (6–8 hours) mean less rushing between clients and more meaningful support.
About You
We're looking for someone upbeat, calm, and reliable, with a strong understanding of physical disability support.
You'll ideally have:
* Experience supporting physical disability or high physical care needs
* Confidence with manual handling and personal care
* Strong communication skills and respectful boundaries
* Flexibility and willingness to travel when required
* Minimum 6 months experience or Cert III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or similar
* NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, Driver's Licence, and insured vehicle
* Medication Administration training (desirable)
