As the Nursing Director of Rural and Urgent Care Services, you will provide high level strategic and operational leadership across a diverse team of leadership that deliver a variety of services to the West Moreton Health (WMH) community across the multidisciplinary teams.
In this role, you will lead an empowered leadership team with a patient-centered approach to the delivery, improvement and oversight of services and management of teams within the Rural and Urgent Care Services of West Moreton Hospital and Health Service.
About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following: Demonstrated high level knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and capacity in leadership skills and management practices to engage and motivate stakeholders to achieve quality patient/consumer outcomes and productivity targets.
Demonstrated commitment to outcome-driven performance and organisational achievement.
Highly developed managerial proficiency, including the ability to apply financial, human and physical resource management and governance skills to ensure resources are optimally allocated in meeting defined goals.
Demonstrated proficiency to work effectively within a leadership team to meet the demands of complex healthcare environments.
Cultivates innovation, is action oriented, drives results and supports WMH's vision and purpose to exceed expectations of our patients and stakeholders.
Performance outcome orientated with the ability to translate strategic plans concepts into achievable implementation and outcomes.
