About This Role
* This is a varied and challenging administrative role that requires the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines.
The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, be highly proactive, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be proficient in M365 Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint) and have experience in administration, HR, or corporate services environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing communications, calendars, meetings, and office systems, as well as preparing documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail. You will also support HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and record keeping, assist with finance functions including invoices, reconciliations, and expense claims, and provide IT and systems support (user access, equipment, and subscriptions). Additionally, you will assist in coordinating compliance, insurance, and internal projects, and offer direct support to the Corporate Services Manager.
