What's the role?
We are looking for a professional and caring customer support representative to deliver the ultimate client experience. As part of the role, you will be assisting with a
dministrative duties, troubleshooting, and invoices. You will also be guiding customers through their
Previous Customer service and/or Call Centre Experience:
Professional Computer comprehension, with Microsoft Business central
Excellent written and verbal communication and the capability to handle difficult customer quires are also required.
Ability to multi-task while maintaining a professional and efficient work manner.
