The Role:
Working alongside an experienced and talented leadership team within astate-of-the-artshowroom, as theAssistant New Car Sales Manager, you'll have the opportunity to help drive our vision of 'Complete Customer Satisfaction'.
With an extensive range of new vehicle stock inside thelargest BMW dealership in Western Sydney, the opportunities are endless for you to form meaningful customer connections while taking advantage of anuncapped commission structure.
Our vision for this role is to enable you to maximise your sales targets while delivering a seamless customer experience for every customer.
The successful candidate will possess excellent operational knowledge of DMS & CRM systems and have excellent operational skills to help assist the New Vehicle department.
Prior experience supervising and leading a team of Sales Consultants will be viewed upon favourably.

Previous automotive sales experience
Strong customer service skills
A proven track record of achieving sales targets
Team first mentality
A strong work ethic
A current driver's license
Excellent communication skills
Committed and motivated
