Min 1 year supervisor or management experience. Demonstrated ability to work independently Good knowledge of OH&S and Food Hygiene requirements Great personal grooming, presentation, and a confident and pleasant manner Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills RSA is a must Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals. Maintain high standards of work quality and safety. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and outlook Implement and uphold company policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth operations.
