In this role based at Epworth Geelong, you will be responsible for an excellent medical reception service to our consultants, patients & stakeholders. You will be part of the Sessional Consulting Suite team and report to the Manager-Medical Billing & Practice Support.

- Have excellent computer skills
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday
- ** Must have** current Medicare and Health Fund rulings and billing interpretations
- ** Must have** recent experience in a similar role
- Have sound knowledge of Genie & iPM
- Have excellent presentation
- Be empathetic to patients and their families
- Be adaptable and enjoy working for a variety of medical specialities in a busy practice
