We are seeking a passionate Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Caboolture on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will deliver clinical excellence, contribute to team performance, and foster continuous professional development.
With a growing demand for our unique approach, Hiya Health is expanding rapidly and is looking for a motivated Exercise Physiologist who believes movement is medicine to join our Caboolture team of like-minded professionals. You will work from our industry-leading rehab clinic and across the local community.
You will be responsible for providing assessment and interventions for a diverse caseload; working with clients to maximize their health and wellbeing.
Your day will include:
1. Clinical exercise and Pilates prescription and programming to maximize clients' health, function, capacity, and mobility.
2. Neurological and Musculoskeletal rehab & management planning.
3. Long-term health and wellbeing education and management for chronic health conditions.
4. Liaising with clients, referrers, doctors, employers, and other members of our allied health team to achieve optimal outcomes.
5. Working with your team to achieve holistic, practical outcomes.

Qualifications:
* Current ESSA registration.
* Experience with Australian funding systems (NDIS, DVA, Workcover, EPC).
* Current National Police Clearance or ability to obtain one.
