As Executive Manager, Enterprise Records Management & Privacy Services - Governance, 1LOD Framework & Strategy, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening and modernising our enterprise Records and Privacy capability.
You'll be accountable for designing, governing and continuously uplifting the 1LOD Records & Privacy operational framework, ensuring it is practical, scalable and embedded across the organisation. A key focus of the role is translating 2LOD policy and regulatory expectations into clear, effective 1LOD controls, procedures and capability uplift programs that enable the business to operate with confidence.
Operating at a senior level, you'll provide thought leadership across governance, records management and privacy lifecycle management, organisational maturity, training, tooling optimisation and transformation initiatives. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence strategy, drive meaningful change and shape how Records and Privacy are managed across the enterprise.
Key areas of accountability and responsibility include:
* Own the enterprise 1LOD Records & Privacy framework — from standards and taxonomy to executable, risk‐aligned controls.
* Set enterprise governance and direction — driving accountability, alignment and uplift through forums and Community of Practice.
* Lift capability at scale — embedding Records & Privacy through training, change and BAU ownership.
* Hard‐wire RM & Privacy into the operating model — business architecture, processes and system design.
* Own controls, strategy and metrics — delivering risk buy‐down, maturity uplift and enterprise RAS/RTM reporting.
What do I need?
To succeed in this role, you'll bring deep experience in Records Management, Privacy or Information Governance, ideally gained within a complex, regulated environment.
Your background will include:
* Strong expertise across 3LOD, operational risk, compliance and framework execution
* A proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business outcomes
* Experience designing and delivering enterprise‐wide training and capability uplift programs
* A track record of leading or enabling large‐scale transformation or change initiatives
You'll be a confident and credible leader, known for your refined influencing skills. You're comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders, shaping strategic conversations, and bringing others on the journey—particularly when navigating ambiguity, change and competing priorities.
