In this key role, you\'ll take ownership of payroll finance reporting for around 10,000 employees using SAP HCM, supporting our Australian subsidiaries.
You\'ll collaborate across the business, lead payroll compliance reporting, and champion continuous improvement in our finance operations.As a Finance Manager - Payroll & Reporting in the ASPAC Finance team, you\'ll make a positive impact by:Completing SAP finance reporting for Australian payroll activitiesCompleting payroll tax and employee entitlement reporting for each State and TerritoryManaging month-end and year-end close processesLiaising with stakeholders to resolve reporting queries and build customised reportsRecommending and reviewing system improvements for better reporting outcomesSupporting broader finance activities including leasing under IFRS16 and ad hoc project workSerco is a place for youTo be successful in this role you\'ll have:Deep understanding of payroll finance reporting, including SAP HCM and SAP Finance (Essential)Strong grasp of Australian payroll legislation and employee entitlements (Essential)Advanced Excel modelling skills (Essential)CPA or CA qualification (desirable)Excellent communication skills to partner with internal finance teams and stakeholdersProven experience in high-volume, complex payroll environmentsAbility to drive improvements, influence change and solve problems proactivelyIn joining us, you\'ll be part of a highly supportive culture with trusted leaders that will help you achieve your goals.
