About The Role
This role supports the day-to-day administration and fieldwork of restructuring engagements under experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Trading-On Processes: Assist in asset realisation and recovery processes, ensuring timely resolution for creditors and stakeholders.
* Conduct Investigations & Analysis: Perform thorough investigations and financial analysis on engagements to inform decision-making.
* Draft Correspondence & Reports: Prepare reports for ASIC, creditors, and stakeholders, and draft correspondence as a key contact for stakeholders.
* Assist with Statutory Forms & Authorities: Support the completion of statutory forms, investigation letters, and authorities.
* Enhance Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and correspondence.
