We are Zambrero. Australia's largest Mexican franchise offering healthy, fresh food while fighting world hunger. We are a quick-service restaurant that offers tasty burritos, bowls, nachos, and tacos filled with home-made guac and other goodies. What you'll do
Our Shift Supervisor take pride in preparing and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of the day-to-day operations in the restaurant.
* Leading the restaurant team in efficient day to day operations
* Being a role model for the standards and behaviours consistent with the Zambrero values and culture
* Assisting in managing the team, including hiring, training, performance reviews and rostering
* Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard
* Assisting with ordering of stock from various suppliers
* Assisting with office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll and reviewing policies
* Managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant
* Ensuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety

* Previous shift supervisor experience
