This part‑time position offers flexible working hours and a variety of hands‑on tasks around the property. Ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, can work independently, and takes pride in keeping a property running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
* General property repairs and maintenance
* Basic fencing repairs
* Yard and grounds upkeep including mowing, whipper-snipping, and weeding
* Assisting with odd jobs as required
* Safely operating property machinery
Skills & Requirements
* Ability to drive a tractor and small excavator, or willingness to learn
* Self‑motivated and able to work unsupervised
* Practical, hands‑on approach to problem‑solving
* Horse experience is a bonus, but not essential
