Job Description
* Challenge yourself to deliver seamless operational and administrative support for our Sydney team
* Together we'll achieve a well-organised, efficient cabin crew base that enables our people to perform at their best
* 12-month, full-time opportunity working at the Sydney International Terminal
* Level 4 role on the Australian Services Union (EBA 12) with possible shift-work (evenings and or weekend work) to respond to network changes

As the Cabin Crew Base Operations Support, you will support our Sydney-based International Cabin Crew and leadership team by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service. You'll assist crew with onboarding and offboarding, manage uniforms and access logistics, and maintain base supplies and facilities. You'll also provide direct support to the leadership team through meeting coordination, communications, event planning, and general administration. This role plays a key part in maintaining an organised, well-equipped crew base while helping achieve operational, financial, customer, and people targets.

You'll Have
* Proven experience in administrative support, ideally within operations or customer service environments
* Strong time-management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team while providing proactive support to leadership
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and professional interactions
* Ability with Microsoft suite of programs (Word, PowerPoint, PowerBi, Excel) is desirable
* The ability to compile daily reports whilst staying front facing
* Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders to support collaborative outcomes
* Sound understanding of airport operations and how to effectively support frontline teams
* Experience coordinating logistics, including uniforms, access cards, and base supplies
* Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic operational setting
* Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and achievement orientation
* Experience supporting meetings and events, including scheduling, coordination, and minute-taking
