Your new role
As an IT Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing technical support across the organisation, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and resolving user issues efficiently. You'll work within a Windows-based environment, supporting systems and users across various levels, and contributing to the stability and reliability of the IT infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
* Responding to and resolving support tickets in a timely manner
* Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
* Supporting and maintaining Active Directory and Entra ID environments
* Assisting with basic networking tasks including DHCP and DNS
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent IT service delivery
* Documenting support processes and contributing to IT improvement initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
Experience & Skills:
* Previous experience in an IT support role, ideally within an MSP or similar environment
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and user support
* Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID
* Basic networking knowledge including DHCP and DNS
* Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
Technology Experience:
* Windows OS and desktop support
* Active Directory / Entra ID
* Basic networking (DHCP, DNS)
* Ticketing systems and remote support tools
