**All about you**:
- 1+ years' experience as a supervisor in a full service, rapid-paced restaurant environment
- Fair understanding of modern award framework, national employment standards and working knowledge of OH&S;/WH&S;
- A passion for the industry and a positive attitude
- Ability to work a rotating 7- day roster including weekends & public holidays.
- A valid RSA and Approved Mangers Card
