Join Harris Real Estate as an Executive Assistant and play a pivotal role in supporting our leadership team. This full-time position, based in our Kent Town office, offers the chance to work directly with Phil Harris and contribute to high-level projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll manage sensitive communications with discretion, coordinate key initiatives, and ensure seamless operations across the executive team.
The Role
* Provide high-level executive support to Phil, including diary management, email management, travel coordination and meeting preparation
* Act as a trusted liaison between Phil and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-through
* Prepare correspondence, reports and presentations, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
* Coordinate executive meetings, board-related activities and key business events, including agendas, minutes and action tracking
* Provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Executive Leadership Team, assisting with meeting bookings and preparation, travel coordination, content creation, project execution, reporting, communication and follow-up

Who You Are
* Extensive experience in providing administrative support and assistance at an executive level
* Experience in a similar role in real estate (preferred)
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Highly organised, proactive and professional, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* The ability to manage a dynamic working environment
* An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
* Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
* Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
