**Lead and Inspire with CoreHR**
We're seeking a dynamic leader to head our operations, driving project management and delivery of all programmes.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with our Executive Head, develop the logistics team, and oversee all Tribe activities. They will ensure safeguarding, risk management, and policies are up-to-date, manage our database, and engage with our Community Life Division to create exciting programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Executive Head: Work closely with our Executive Head on all programming aspects.
* Develop Logistics Team: Lead and develop the logistics team to achieve Tribe's goals.
* Oversee Programming: Oversee logistics and programming for all Tribe activities.
* Safeguarding and Risk Management: Ensure all safeguarding, risk management, and policies are up-to-date.
* Database Management: Manage the Tribe database and assist with HR processes.
* Community Engagement: Engage with the Community Life Division to create exciting programmes.
* Liaise with Marketing Department: Liaise with the US Marketing Department for promotions.
* Websites and Social Media: Maintain the Tribe website and social media platforms.
* Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships between Head Office and US shuls.
