About the Role
We are seeking casual swimming instructors to work shifts at Perth High Performance Centre (Mount Claremont) and Arena Joondalup. The role supports a continuous indoor heated‐pool program for all age groups, from babies to adults, and includes holiday intensive classes during January.
Shift Hours
Perth High Performance Centre
* Monday to Friday – 8:45 am to 12:00 pm
* Monday to Thursday – 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm
* Friday – 3:15 pm to 5:00 pm
* Saturday – 8:45 am to 12:00 pm
Arena Joondalup
* Monday to Friday – 8:45 am to 11:00 am
* Monday to Friday – 11:00 am to 6:00 pm
* Saturday – 7:45 am to 11:30 am
* Sunday – 8:15 am to 11:30 am
About the Person
The successful candidate will possess strong customer‐service and communication skills, a passion for swim teaching, and prior experience as a swim instructor. Essential qualifications include:
* Current WWCC
* Current AUSTSWIM license or equivalent
* Current CPR certification
Desirable: Infant and Pre‐School Aquatics Qualification. Candidates with significant teaching experience are encouraged to express interest in a Pool Deck Supervisor role.
