Description:
THE ROLE:
This is a dynamic, dual-purpose role combining retail sales and warehouse responsibilities. You'll be the face of the showroom while also supporting the day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
On the retail side, you'll assist customers with product selection, provide advice, and help bring their renovation or building projects to life. Behind the scenes, you'll be involved in picking and packing orders, stock control, and maintaining a safe and organised warehouse.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Deliver exceptional customer service in the showroom
* Assist customers with product selection and sales enquiries
* Process sales transactions and orders accurately
* Pick, pack and prepare customer orders
* Receive and manage incoming stock
* Maintain warehouse organisation and safety standards
* Support the team to achieve sales and operational targets
Skills and Experiences:
ABOUT YOU:
* Previous experience in retail sales, warehouse, or a similar hands-on role
* Strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
* Reliable, proactive, and a team player
* Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
