Principal Architect
We are looking for a skilled Principal Architect to drive the development of innovative digital solutions for a well-known New Zealand company at the forefront of Auckland’s economic and cultural growth. This permanent full-time role is based in central Auckland, offering a hybrid working environment. Your role will focus on designing and implementing digital applications and customer-facing platforms, ensuring seamless integration across multiple digital touchpoints.
In this role, you will:
* Architect and implement scalable, customer-centric digital solutions, including ticketing platforms, point-of-sale solutions, web development, CMS, and B2C applications.
* Leverage Salesforce architecture to enhance digital engagement and customer interactions.
* Develop integration strategies to connect digital platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences across channels.
* Evaluate and recommend best-fit digital technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
* Ensure compliance with architectural best practices, security protocols, and digital governance frameworks.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Strong expertise in digital applications, CMS platforms, and customer-facing web solutions.
* Experience in Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud) and integrating CRM solutions with digital platforms.
* Knowledge of integration patterns (APIs, web services) and experience with digital ecosystems.
* Understanding of front-end and web technologies, including mobile and responsive design principles.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure) and digital security best practices would be beneficial.
* Understanding of architecture modeling (UML, SysML) and frameworks such as TOGAF and SOA.
