Graduate Nurse Support is provided by: Clinical support, mentorship and organisational education opportunities; Supernumerary and orientation time are provided within the program structure, as is Annual Leave per the EBA Paid study days spread throughout the program with additional study days offered Regular debriefing; Access to a variety of interactive E-Learning programs including targeted online CPD topics to assist your development. Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills · Sound understanding of the role and responsibilities of a Registered Nurse · Ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors and staff at all levels within the organisation · Ability to practice collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team · Knowledge of and involvement in evidence-based practice and research activities · Commitment to ongoing education and professional development to ensure working within current scope of practice · Excellent organisational skills particularly with respect to time management · Well-developed interpersonal skills · Excellent communication and computer skills at the level required to fulfil that role Key Selection Criteria For further information about this role, please contact Sarah Broad on 03 5461 0368 or via email sbroad@mdhs.vic.gov.au The Central Goldfields and Pyrenees regions are a great place to live, work and play.
