Employment Type: 2 x Temporary Full Time (up to 3 years). Position Classification: Senior Analyst. Remuneration: $59.60 - $69.13 per hour. Hours per week: 38. Location: Cumberland Hospital.

You will be based at Cumberland Hospital, supporting services across Western Sydney Local Health District and Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District. You'll join a collaborative digital health environment where technology directly supports patient outcomes and clinical excellence.

What you'll be doing
In this hands-on role, you'll provide expert application support and deliver high-quality training for key clinical systems, ensuring staff are confident, capable and supported in their use of electronic health records.
* Provide level 2 support for Cerner eMR and iPM, managing incidents, problems and change requests
* Schedule, deliver and continuously improve training programs across multiple hospital sites
* Develop and maintain engaging training materials, guides and evaluation tools
* Support and mentor local super users while identifying workflow and system improvements
* Participate in application testing and provide onsite or after-hours support as required

How to apply

* Relevant tertiary qualifications, and/or equivalent industry experience working with clinical application and enterprise-wide patient administration system (PAS) and electronic health record (eMR) system.
* Demonstrated experience in practices and workflows in any of the following – operating theatres, emergency department, outpatient scheduling, diagnostic ordering and result reporting, clinical documentation including electronic discharge summaries or patient administration functions.
* Demonstrated experience in the delivery of computer / application training within a large organisation. Proven experience in developing training documentations such as Lesson Plans, Training Schedules and Training Scenarios.
* Demonstrated high level interpersonal and negotiation skills including proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to achieve outcomes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to develop and maintain documentation in both a technical and business context.
* Demonstrated highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong planning, time management and organisation skills to meet deliverables. Proven ability to function as a self-motivated multi skilled analyst, working collaboratively in a team environment, with a positive proactive attitude, who can effectively work with minimal supervision.
* Demonstrated highly developed customer engagement and support experience for delivery of excellent services to stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience in Cerner eMR application.
* Ability to work outside normal business hours when required, including on call support, and onsite support, current valid NSW Driver's License
